Rules and Regulations of the Idaho Lottery VIP Club:

Idaho Lottery VIP Club members must be at least 18 to buy, sell or redeem Idaho Lottery tickets. VIP Club cards are not a form of identification. The Idaho Lottery reserves the right not to honor VIP Club cards, VIP Club points, sweepstakes entries, coupons or promotional offers if it is determined that they are reproductions, have been altered or changed in any way or have been transferred from one person to another or any violations of VIP rules and regulations have occurred.

VIP Club benefits are non-transferable and are not valid in conjunction with any other program unless otherwise indicated by the Idaho Lottery. All members must comply with all rules and regulations of the Idaho Lottery and its VIP Club. It is the player's responsibility to insure that their VIP Club card is presented to the cashier, or inserted into the machine properly prior to purchase to receive points for play. ONLY THE PURCHASER OF THE LOTTERY TICKET MAY ACQUIRE IDAHO LOTTERY VIP CLUB POINTS.
