Q: What is my username?

A: Your username is the email address you used when you signed up.

Q: I can’t remember my password, what should I do?

A: Click on this link and follow the directions on that page to reset your password.


Q: What can I use my points for?

A:Your points can be used to purchase entries in weekly and monthly sweepstakes for a chance to win fabulous prizes. On occasion, we will have items to purchase for points.


Q: I’ve lost my VIP card, can I get a new one?

A:Yes, Email us at info@idaholottery.com and ask us to send you a new one. Additionally, you can go to your account page and print a temporary VIP card


Q: Where do I find the second chance winners?

A:Our Game Center, gamecenter.idaholottery.com, has information, including winners and full contest rules on all of our recent second change draws.


Q: Do you call winners, or do they always have to check the website?

A:Yes, we call and/or email our second chance draw winners.


Q: How do I earn points?

A:You earn points by scanning your VIP card for Draw, Instaplay, and TAP Scratch purchases at our retail stores. Additionally, you can earn points from your scratch ticket purchases by entering them on this page.
