TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership in the Idaho Lottery VIP Club is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to buy, sell, or redeem Idaho Lottery tickets. VIP Club cards are not valid forms of identification.
The Idaho Lottery reserves the right to refuse, void, or disqualify any VIP Club card, points, sweepstakes entries, coupons, or promotional offers that are reproduced, altered, tampered with, transferred to another person, or obtained in violation of VIP Club rules or Idaho Lottery regulations.
VIP Club benefits are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions or programs unless expressly stated by the Idaho Lottery. Members are responsible for ensuring their VIP Club card is properly presented to the cashier or inserted into a lottery terminal at the time of purchase to receive points. Only the purchaser of a lottery ticket may earn Idaho Lottery VIP Club points.
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Idaho Lottery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the VIP Club or its rewards, benefits, or terms at any time without prior notice. VIP Club members may update their communication and subscription preferences at any time.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM TERMS
By enrolling in the Idaho Lottery VIP Club SMS text messaging program ("Text Program"), participants expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional, informational, and marketing text messages from the Idaho Lottery (legal business name: Idaho Lottery) at the mobile telephone number provided at enrollment.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the participant's mobile carrier plan.
Participants may opt out of the Text Program at any time by replying STOP to any message received. For assistance, reply HELP. Upon opting out, participants will no longer receive text messages from the Text Program unless they subsequently re-enroll.
Participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Participation in the Text Program is voluntary and is subject to these Terms and Conditions, applicable Idaho Lottery Administrative Rules, and all applicable laws and regulations.
