Your username is the email address you used when you signed up.

Go to the My Account page and click on Personal Information. Change your email and click “SAVE”. You will receive an email with a verification code sent to your new email address. You will have 15 minutes to enter this code for verification. Enter the code and click “CONTINUE”

Once you sign in, please go to My Account and click on Change Password to reset your password.

Your points can be used in three ways. First, you can use your points to purchase entries in sweepstakes drawings to win fabulous prizes. Secondly, you can use your points to purchase limited-time items with your points. Finally, points can be used to donate to Do Good projects that benefit Idaho public schools and buildings.

Yes. Email us at info@idaholottery.com and ask us to send you a new one. Additionally, you can go to your account page and print a temporary VIP card. OR, if you’d rather stop using a physical card and have the ease of carrying your card on your mobile device, feel free to just pull up your card on your phone on the My Account page and have your phone scanned at retail prior to making purchases.

As a VIP Club member you can earn points for just about anything. Here are just a few ways to earn points:

DRAW/RAFFLE GAMES: You earn points by playing any Idaho Lottery Draw Game.
IMPORTANT: To earn points for these games, you must first have the clerk scan your VIP Card before making your purchases. You may also scan your card at Idaho Lottery vending machines prior to purchase to receive points.
Normally points are awarded on a 1:1 basis. Watch for special promotions where you may earn bonus points for certain games or promotions.

SCRATCH GAMES: You may earn VIP points on Scratch Game purchases by entering the game, pack, ticket number plus the 4-digit pin number from your scratch tickets. You may also earn VIP points by scanning your ticket with your mobile app.

VIP CLUB WINNERS

Winners posted by 3:00 p.m. MT the following Monday after the draw. The Lottery will contact winners by phone and e-mail. Winners must contact Idaho Lottery security at 208-334-2277 or by email at info@lottery.idaho.gov.

As a VIP Club member, the points you acquire can get you to certain levels within the club. Each level gives you upgraded perks such as special offers and exclusive sweepstakes. Here is a description of each level.

Our technology is routinely updated and tested to improve the protection of our information about you and to assure the integrity of our information.

Rest assured, your mailing information will be used for Idaho Lottery purposes only.

The Idaho Lottery sometimes retains outside organizations to perform specialized services such as data processing. Our trusted service suppliers may at times be responsible for processing and handling some of the information we receive from you.

Suppliers who provide specialized services for the Idaho Lottery are given only the information necessary to perform those services and are prohibited from using that information for purposes other than to carry out the service they have been contracted to provide. The Idaho Lottery protects its customers' personal information disclosed to third parties by contractual agreements stipulating the confidentiality of the information and the purpose for which it is to be used.

At no time will your personal information be shared or sold to third parties for purposes other than noted above without your permission.

The Idaho Lottery does not share SMS consent data with third-parties third parties/affiliates/non-affiliates.

The purpose of the Idaho Lottery VIP Club is to offer benefits to Idaho Lottery players. If at any time the player wishes to no longer receive benefits, they can cancel their membership by going to the “Personal Information" section under “My Account" and clicking on the “Cancel Membership" button.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership in the Idaho Lottery VIP Club is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to buy, sell, or redeem Idaho Lottery tickets. VIP Club cards are not valid forms of identification.

The Idaho Lottery reserves the right to refuse, void, or disqualify any VIP Club card, points, sweepstakes entries, coupons, or promotional offers that are reproduced, altered, tampered with, transferred to another person, or obtained in violation of VIP Club rules or Idaho Lottery regulations.

VIP Club benefits are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions or programs unless expressly stated by the Idaho Lottery. Members are responsible for ensuring their VIP Club card is properly presented to the cashier or inserted into a lottery terminal at the time of purchase to receive points. Only the purchaser of a lottery ticket may earn Idaho Lottery VIP Club points.

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Idaho Lottery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the VIP Club or its rewards, benefits, or terms at any time without prior notice. VIP Club members may update their communication and subscription preferences at any time.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM TERMS

By enrolling in the Idaho Lottery VIP Club SMS text messaging program ("Text Program"), participants expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional, informational, and marketing text messages from the Idaho Lottery (legal business name: Idaho Lottery) at the mobile telephone number provided at enrollment.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the participant's mobile carrier plan.

Participants may opt out of the Text Program at any time by replying STOP to any message received. For assistance, reply HELP. Upon opting out, participants will no longer receive text messages from the Text Program unless they subsequently re-enroll.

Participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Participation in the Text Program is voluntary and is subject to these Terms and Conditions, applicable Idaho Lottery Administrative Rules, and all applicable laws and regulations.
